Congratulations to the MP Lady Tigers on winning their first game versus Bon Homme at the Class B softball tourney. The girls will play against Gayville-Volin at 4:00 pm today in the semi-finals. All games are being played at the Aberdeen Athletic Complex.

Congratulations to the Lady Tiger Softball team on qualifying for the State B Softball Tournament in Aberdeen on June 5-7, 2025. The girls will play Bon Homme at 2:00 pm on June 5th at the Players Softball Complex Field A.
Region golf has been postponed to Thursday, May 22nd, at 10:00 a.m. The event will be played at Pierre Hillsview Golf Course.

Softball games scheduled for today with Chamberlain have been postponed to Thursday, May 22nd at 4:00 pm.
The makeup softball game versus Winner will be played on Wednesday, May 21st, at Pierre Riggs Softball field at 2:00 pm. It will be a varsity double header, no JV game or innings.

The Mobridge-Pollock School Board welcomes Mr. Stephen Vigliotti to the Mobridge-Pollock School District. Mr. Vigliotti was selected as the new superintendent of the Mobridge-Pollock School District on April 10, 2025. Mr. Vigliotti is presently the superintendent of the Howard School District and previously worked as a school administrator in northern New York.
Mr. Vigliotti shared the following:
My name is Stephen Vigliotti and the Mobridge-Pollock board of education and staff selected me as the new superintendent of schools commencing July 1, 2025. For the past 3 decades I have worked as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent in rural schools in northern New York (about 20 miles from Canada and on the St. Lawrence River). For the past year, I have worked as the superintendent of the Howard School District in Howard, South Dakota.
Congratulations to the class of 2025 and thank you to the faculty, staff and school community for supporting them during their amazing journeys. It is with great anticipation and excitement that I look forward to working with the staff and community serving the students of the district.
